Making passenger station services and prices transparent

Over the previous autumn and winter, the Rail Regulatory Body investigated the ownership and management of passenger station buildings as well as the transparency of related service provision and pricing. The regulatory body also provided information about the obligations under the Railway Act as part of this process. Based on the investigation, the regulatory body found widespread shortcomings, e.g. in the information openly available on the access rights of the stations.
